In order to minimise any dissatisfaction, please order the sample quantities offered to see if colours, size of products etc suit your requirements.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, prior to leaving feedback and we will aim to resolve any issues. 

If the product you receive is in any way damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us to arrange for a return, refund or replacement.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the items. Before you return something, you must notify us. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Please also retain a proof of delivery receipt and it is advisable for you to ensure the items are insured for the return shipment.  

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations, this excludes perishable goods eg food/confectionery, or items that have been measured/made to order/personalised.

Any goods returned should be in salable condition, and in their original sealed packaging.
