Returns


We are pleased to offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy on all items excluding perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been measured/made to order (no returns on confectionery or cut ribbons)

The returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us before sending any item back. On receipt we will aim to refund you within 7 days of receipt. If you have not received your refund in this time please contact us.

We strongly recommend that you return your item with proof of delivery on items with some value. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Perfect Tables, Ribbons and Crafts is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.

If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second postage charge may apply.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contract us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact immediately and we will do all we can to resolve this quickly.

Customers statutory rights are unaffected
